What does God say about REST? How does it differ from the world's definition and what are practical ways we can REST in our daily lives? We take your group through three teaching sessions full of interactive, fun and lively discussions on the topic of biblical REST.
Prayer

“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” (Matt. 18:19–20.)
Powerful prayer springs from a heart at rest. We build in time for private prayer and group prayer, deepening your group's call to listen to God.
Worship
Angie and Joanne will lead you in a wonderful time of worship. Angie is an accomplished singer and soloist in the Toronto area.
Fellowship
Remember how I said that we were exhausted after retreats?
This is the difference in our weekend retreat. Less organized programming and more time with God and friends. We promise you will thank us for it.
